  New staff, yet again. Ugh! Please get better at training. WHO ARE WATCHING THESE PEOPLE! This location is a hot mess. FYI To the ones who like to smoke in front of the store at the umbrella table (including EMPLOYEES) Your nasty cigarette smoke blows directly into the car of the person at the drive through window freakin STOP. My children are in the car most always you nasty inconsiderate a-holes! Thanks!

  I frequently stop by this location because it's right around the corner from my house. Over the past few months Kim has become a familiar face, of whom happens to be quite nice & professional. However, I went this morning to order 2 macciatos & a half dozen donuts. Tell me why they were out of glaze for the donuts and for the love of sweet Jesus they were out of espresso... 6:30 am on a Sunday. I'm sure I don't need to elaborate on what a rough day this staff is going to have because I'm sure their customers will do the same thing I did. Which is head down to the next location. God forbid we go to Starbucks!
